Why we exist
It shouldn’t be hard to be healthy. That’s what we believe, and that’s why we started Smooth Move – creating smoothies to help people fit five-a-day into their day-to-day.

Recent studies indicate over 35% of adults do not consume fruits daily and nearly 60% don’t include enough veg in their daily diet. In UK, those numbers are even worse. When we talk about the younger population: almost 50% don’t get enough fruit in their diet. For veg, that rises to 70%.
We want to change that. Our goal is to actively contribute to improving these statistics, while inspiring the world to nourish themselves a little bit better.
