TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Advertising Creative We expect approved publishers to use the high-quality assets provided via Awin or our Press Loft. If you require custom formats, bespoke imagery, or exclusive vanity codes for your audience, please contact us directly.
Programme Policies & Terms All transactions will be placed in a temporary pending status for 45 days to allow us the opportunity to review full or partial returns.
Domain Transparency (No Bait & Switch) We will only approve and work with publishers who are transparent in their promotional activities and are generating traffic to our site using the domain which you initially registered with to our programme. If your domain or site has changed after application approval, we expect you to notify us in order to regain approval. Sub-networks must receive explicit written approval from the Homescapes Affiliate Manager before joining the program. If approved, the sub-network must be fully transparent regarding the traffic sources and sub-publishers driving sales. Homescapes reserves the right to request the removal of specific sub-publishers at any time.
Voucher & Cashback Policy (Strictly Enforced) For affiliates categorized as Voucher, Coupon, or Cashback sites, commission will strictly be paid ONLY on transactions where an approved, affiliate-specific promotional code has been used at checkout. If a customer clicks an affiliate link but completes the purchase using no code, a generic site-wide code, or an unauthorized code, the commission will be declined to zero. We strictly prohibit the use of browser extensions or toolbars that auto-inject codes.
Paid Search (PPC) Policies We do not allow direct linking via search engine marketing or social media advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook or Instagram). It is not allowed to bid on any type of keyword combinations or misspellings associated with the Homescapes brand. CSS affiliates are only allowed with the written permission of Homescapes.
Sample Trademark Terms Affiliates are not allowed to use any of the following words in their domains, or part of their URL structure: homescapesonline, plus other variations of our trademark.
Termination of Agreement We reserve the right at anytime to terminate the Publisher agreement and withdraw/withhold any publishers commissions earned, if we find that an Affiliate has violated the Terms & Conditions outlined herein.
