If your preferred date is not available at the time you search, then set up a seat Alert. Reward seats are released at any time, day or night. RFF checks once daily for free for Bronze members, however, we check frequently throughout the day for Silver and Gold members (our most popular and exclusive membership tier) Users need to log in or sign up to set up an Alert.
When your seat becomes available RFF will notify you so that you can snap it up before other travellers. We notify Bronze users within 24 hours, Silver within 1 hour and Gold members receive instant notification.
