Our mission is to bring people joy with fine chocolate-inspired products that are choc full of soul. Founded in 2002 by husband and wife team Claire and Andy Burnet, we started making fresh chocolates in a tiny back unit in the seaside town of Swanage. Now we’re a team of 80 crafting award-winning flavours by hand with chocolate that is slave-free, palm-oil free, with less sugar, directly traded and totally sustainable – working with direct trade partners to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers.
We’ve won 128 Fine Food Awards so far and want to delight every customer who buys our chocolate. Our chocolates have been described as “lovely, witty and ethically immaculate” by The Telegraph, “a gift that keeps on giving” by Metro, and the Evening Standard say “every one is like a miniature piece of art”. One of our customers once said “Chococo encompasses everything that is good in the world, wraps it in happiness & delivers it with joy”. That’s the standard we aim to live up to with each chocolate!

Chocolate boxes
Our signature chocolate boxes are handcrafted in Dorset and capture the flavours of the season throughout the year. Each box is a world of fine flavour and there are currently over 50 flavours to discover including warm alcohols, nuts, caramels, truffles and fruity flavours. Many of our chocolates are award-winning and each one is decorated by hand.
Brownies and bakes
Posted out next day and handmade by our lovely bakers, our brownies are letterbox-friendly tastes of joy that come with a free occasion gift card for the recipient. Flavours include our famous Dorset Sea Salt Caramel, Chocolate Orange, Cherry Bakewell and many more.
Novelty chocolate gifts
For those looking for fun chocolate shapes to bring a smile to someone’s face, our novelty collection includes chocolate chickens, ducks, owls, robots, lobsters, turtles, dinosaurs, orangutans and of course, our famous Fish & Chips!
Chocolate bars
Using our Gold Great Taste Award-winning milk and dark chocolates, our bar range showcases some of our favourite Chococo flavours including Ravishing Raspberry, Heavenly Honeycombe, Glorious Ginger and Triple Chocolate.
Hot chocolate
All made with pure single-origin chocolate, our collection of hot chocolate flakes range from a sweet 47% milk chocolate to 100% flakes giving you the flexibility to personalise your hot chocolate.
