Before confirming commissions, we reserve the right to check and validate conversions and to pay only those generated in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
Orders (valid user registrations on the website or application) are subject to a verification process based on internal criteria and key performance indicators.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse the payment of commissions for the following reasons:
Customer behavior
× payment authorization failure;
× fraudulent sale;
× returned order or unclaimed shipment;
× duplicate order;
× cancelled order.
Affiliate behavior
× fraudulent transaction;
× test transaction;
× orders refunded, cancelled, or returned.
Merchant behavior / circumstances
× test transaction;
× unfulfilled order.
Validation will take place within a maximum period of 45 days from the transaction, and only the latest valid conversions will be remunerated. In the event of any violation, we reserve the right to cancel all ongoing transactions until the violation is confirmed and to terminate our partnership without prior notice.
Louise Misha reserves the right to suspend or deactivate an affiliate at any time, without prior notice, in the event of non-compliance with these terms.
