We meticulously craft our portfolio of contemporary chocolate with the world’s finest Colombian cocoa, before enveloping them in original designs by independent artists. Our creative team of chocolatiers produce gourmet chocolate confections that are themselves works of art. We source our product at origin, purchasing coverture - high quality chocolate buttons - from Colombia, and using it to create chocolate products in our Edinburgh kitchen. Challenging industry norms, which would suggest going into origin and purchasing the raw commodity at a much lower cost, we decided to work with our Colombian partners to source our cacao and have our product more finished at origin before it reaches our Edinburgh kitchen.
