All seafood is wild-caught and sustainably sourced by fisheries in Galicia, Spain, known as a destination for some of the most exceptional seafood in the world, and all products are packed in organic, extra virgin olive oil.
Launched in June 2022, the brand is founded by a Spanish-American couple living in Los Angeles? who missed the delicious specialty products and easygoing aperitivo culture in their home country, and wanted to make these wonderful things more accessible.
