The owners of The Smocked Flamingo, Melanie and Hayley, are a Mother-Daughter duo from central Kentucky. Our love for classic, smocked clothing runs deep and we were inspired when our sweet Ellie came along to start this awesome adventure! Our hope is to design and offer precious clothing for little ones to wear for all of life's special moments.
