Welcome to the jennypatinkin.com Affiliate Program! We're excited for you to partner with us and promote our line of eco-luxe beauty tools. By joining our program on AWIN (formerly ShareASale), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
Advertiser: jennypatinkin.com
Network: AWIN (formerly ShareASale)
Commission Rate: 15% of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and gift card purchases).
Cookie Duration: 30 days. This means affiliates will earn commission on qualifying sales made within [X] days of a customer clicking their affiliate link.
Payment: Payments are processed by AWIN according to their standard payment schedule, upon validation of commissions.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities As a jennypatinkin.com affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Ethically: Promote jennypatinkin.com products in a professional and ethical manner, consistent with our brand image.
Use Approved Materials: Utilize approved marketing materials (banners, text links, product feeds) provided within the AWIN platform. Do not alter or create unauthorized materials that could misrepresent our brand.
Compliance with FTC Guidelines: Clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with jennypatinkin.com in all promotional content where an affiliate link is used. This includes, but is not limited to, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. Disclosures should be placed prominently and be easy to understand (e.g., "#ad", "Affiliate link", "Sponsored").
Maintain Your Site/Platform: Ensure your promotional channels are up-to-date and adhere to these terms.
No Self-Purchases: Commissions will not be earned on purchases made by the affiliate using their own affiliate links or coupon codes. This also applies to purchases made by individuals within the same household.
Coupon Code Usage: Only promote coupon codes that are explicitly provided to you through the jennypatinkin.com affiliate program on AWIN. Promotion of unauthorized, expired, or scraped coupon codes will result in voided commissions and potential termination from the program.
PPC Bidding Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords (e.g., "Jenny Patinkin", "jennypatinkin.com", or any variations/misspellings) on any search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.). Direct linking from PPC ads to jennypatinkin.com is also prohibited. Affiliates must use their own domain in their ad copy.
Prohibited Content: Do not promote jennypatinkin.com on websites or platforms that:
Promote sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination (based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age), or illegal activities.
Contain defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
Infringe upon our or any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Engage in "cookie stuffing," "parasitic marketing," or other deceptive practices designed to generate commissions unfairly.
3. Commission & Payments
Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated on the net purchase price of products, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and gift card purchases.
Validation & Returns: Commissions are subject to a validation period to account for returns, cancellations, or fraudulent orders. Commissions will not be paid on returned or canceled orders.
Payment Thresholds: Payments will be issued by AWIN once their minimum payment thresholds are met.
4. Program Modification & Termination
Right to Modify: jennypatinkin.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, commission rates, cookie duration, or program rules at any time, with notice provided through the AWIN platform.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. In cases of violation of these terms, jennypatinkin.com reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation immediately and withhold any unpaid commissions.
5. Intellectual Property
All jennypatinkin.com trademarks, logos, and creative assets are the exclusive property of jennypatinkin.com. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting jennypatinkin.com within the terms of this agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
jennypatinkin.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program or your participation.
7. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State, e.g., Illinois], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
