Terms
• 2% existing customer commission, 4% new customer commission and 1% app commission (excluding PP charges & VAT)
• 30-day cookie
• Product feeds, banners and newsletters
A new customer is someone who has not purchased from Oasis in the last 3 years.
Key Terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and ASA requirements. Affiliate social content must use #ad.
• Only promote voucher codes issued directly by Oasis or available in Awin. Unauthorised codes may have commission declined. “Click to Reveal” must only promote valid codes.
• Keep programme and commission information confidential.
• Content must not contain illegal, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, political/religious content or irresponsible promotion of gambling, alcohol, tobacco or drugs.
• Do not misrepresent Oasis, infringe IP, scrape the website or promote unauthorised content.
• Subnetworks/influencer networks must provide publisher details.
• Selected voucher partners use cookieless voucher attribution.
• Commissions may be validated for up to 90 days; returned goods may be declined.
• Affiliate sales are deduplicated against other online advertising on a last marketing click basis.
Paid Media
No PPC activity to Oasis without approval. Do not bid on Oasis, misspellings, URLs, generic combinations, marketplace brands or competitor brands, or use Oasis in display URLs, subdomains or ad titles. Oasis must be a negative keyword. Breaches may result in declined commission, immediate removal and reporting.
Do not register Oasis variations on social media or purchase/bid on Oasis-related domains.
Termination
Oasis may terminate with 7 days’ notice. Breaches may result in immediate suspension and declined commission.
