At AlltheMen, we believe in conducting business ethically and responsibly. We expect our affiliate partners to uphold the same values and adhere to ethical business practices. This includes promoting our products in a truthful and transparent manner, refraining from engaging in any deceptive or misleading marketing tactics, and respecting the intellectual property rights of AlltheMen and its partners.
Affiliate Compliance and Monitoring:
AlltheMen takes compliance seriously and reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities to ensure adherence to this Program Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates found to be in violation of this Agreement or engaging in prohibited activities may face immediate termination from the Program, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.
Term and Termination:
This Agreement shall remain in effect until either party decides to terminate the relationship. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Affiliate shall immediately cease all promotion of AlltheMen products and remove any AlltheMen-related content from their website or blog.
Relationship of Parties:
Nothing in this Agreement shall create any joint venture, partnership, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between AlltheMen and Affiliate. Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of AlltheMen.
Modification of Program:
AlltheMen reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Changes to the Program, including commission rates and promotional materials, will be communicated to affiliates through the ShareASale platform or by email. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the Program terms and conditions for updates.
