HomeCare Two with a Gas Safety Certificate
Have your essentials taken care of with expert advice. You and your tenants can benefit from central heating and boiler cover. It gives you on-going servicing and cover for breakdown and repairs. Prices now start from £16.50 a month (£60 excess).
HomeCare Three with a Gas Safety Certificate
British Gas will cover you for your boiler & controls, central heating and plumbing & drains. Prices now start from £20.00 a month (£60 excess).
HomeCare Four with a Gas Safety Certificate
British Gas can help make things easier providing cover for your boiler & controls, central heating, plumbing, drains, and home electrics. Prices now start from £22.50 a month (£60 excess).
Gas Safety Check and Certificate
British Gas can provide you with their expert safety advice in a standalone Landlord Gas Safety Check and Certificate so you can rent out your property.

Brand Guidelines & Auditing Compliance
- British Gas is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is legally required to stipulate clear messaging regarding its products and services. You will be provided with approved copy to promote the brand and any specific products and all affiliates will be audited on both a monthly basis as well as following new product releases to ensure adherence to the approved copy within 48 hours of being issued
- Any affiliate that is not compliant with up-to-date generic and/or product-specific messaging requirements within 48 hours of receiving the brief will be suspended from the programme
