Pet Treatery came about in 1985 through the combination of a company willing to go where no other pet treats company would risk venturing, coupled to a realization of continually shifting consumer needs.
Intrinsic to our success, we rightfully believe in the idea that consumers would gladly accept without reservations our claims to the desirability of the treats themselves. But we want to go one step further: imagining customers in an overly cluttered retail environment, being able to zero in on treats that can inform - and entertain - from a distance.
We entered the Pet Treats arena because we were able to identify what was lacking, and, through our differentiated approach, how we could overcome the obstacles to providing readily available solutions.
Our goal is breakthrough on all fronts. What we produce. How we prove its worth. How we package our story in a relevant, but also irreverent, human way. And, why all of this adds up to extraordinary value for our pet loving consumers.

But neglect and maltreatment of pets is the other side of that coin, something we refuse to turn a blind eye to. Pet-related charities and community-based events that collectively work to ease suffering, as well as bring pets and pet families together, form a large part of our continual commitment.
