Affiliate Commission Policy
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on the initial Craft Club subscription purchased by a new customer. The subscription fee is a single annual payment that grants the customer access to the Craft Club for one year.
What Is Commissionable
- The first Craft Club subscription purchased by a new customer who signs up through an approved affiliate link.
- A subscription is considered valid once the full annual payment has been processed.
What Is Not Commissionable
- Any orders placed by the customer during their subscription period.
- Subscription renewals made after the first year.
- Orders placed by existing customers, including those who previously held a Craft Club subscription.
Voucher Codes and Promotions
Only authorised voucher codes may be used with the affiliate program. Approved codes will be provided directly in affiliate email communication.
We run extensive email marketing campaigns that include unique discount codes. Any sale completed using one of our email marketing codes will be attributed to our marketing campaign, not the affiliate channel, and no commission will be paid on that sale.
Currency and Exchange Rates
If a sale is made in a currency other than GBP, the value will be converted using an applicable exchange rate at the time of processing. Commission for these sales will be calculated manually and may take additional time to appear.
Cookie Window
Unless otherwise stated, the standard attribution window of 30 days applies. If a customer purchases the initial subscription within the cookie period, the affiliate is eligible for the commission.
Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to review, withhold, or reverse commissions in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of affiliate links, or violations of our program terms to add general notes about your commission.
