Established in 1969, Martin Dawes (born c.1945), Fred's son, would carry on the family name in the electrical and electronic retailing sector. To avoid any broad matching issues, affiliates must add Martin Dawes and martindawes.com as negative keywords in all paid search activity.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on misspells or variations of brand searches.

We do not allow affiliates to brand bid on any of Martin Dawes competitor’s brand names or urls, this includes exact, broad or phrase matched keywords. Lastly, we only pay commission to the last referrer so that it is fair for all affiliates.
Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Martin Dawes website, this includes using the Martin Dawes website as a display URL.
Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder.

Purchasing of domain names
Affiliates cannot use any domain names that include Martin Dawes or misspells of the brand name.
Email Campaigns
Affiliates are not permitted to run email campaigns without prior approval from Martin Dawes, failure to do so may result in suspension from the programme and cancelled commissions.
Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the Martin Dawes Affiliate Team and potentially suspended and all outstanding commissions will be cancelled.
