Q1: When are the commissions approved?
A: Commissions are reviewed and approved 60 days after the sale date. This period allows for order processing, returns, or cancellations to be accounted for. Once the return window has passed, commissions are marked as approved.
Q2: When will the commissions be paid in the month?
A: ShareASale processes affiliate payments around the 20th of each month, provided you meet their minimum payout threshold. Payments are handled directly by Awin, not by us.
Q3: If an old customer makes their first purchase through my affiliate link, and returns later for more purchases, will I still earn commissions?
A: Commissions are only tracked for the initial purchase made through your affiliate link. Repeat purchases are not commissionable unless the customer clicks through your link again before each new order. Awin uses a cookie-based tracking system (60-day duration), so it's essential your link is used again for future commissions.
