1. Commission Rate
Our standard commission rate is 10% per sale.
This rate may be adjusted during promotional periods, campaigns, or special events. Any adjustment will not exceed a 20% reduction from the standard rate per change.
2. Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated based on the order subtotal (net product value), excluding the following:
Taxes
Shipping fees
Gift wrapping fees
Other service or handling charges
Please note that payment processing fees (e.g., credit card fees) are not deducted from commissions.
3. Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid monthly via the Awin platform, following Awin’s standard payment cycle.
Payments are only issued for:
Approved transactions
Completed and non-cancelled orders
Orders that have passed validation and return periods (if applicable)
4. Promotion Guidelines
4.1 Compliance Requirements
All publishers must comply with brand guidelines as well as applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Content Restrictions
Promotions must not include or be associated with:
Adult or explicit content
Illegal, misleading, or non-compliant marketing material
4.3 Accuracy & Niche Relevance
Publishers must not make false or misleading claims.
Promotion should be primarily focused on beauty, hair, or related lifestyle content.
4.4 Paid Search (PPC Policy)
Strictly prohibited: bidding on branded terms or variations in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads).
4.5 Deduplication Rule
In cases where multiple publishers contribute to the same sale, attribution will follow Awin’s tracking system. Only one publisher will receive commission per validated order.
5. Program Updates
We may update commission rates or program terms from time to time.
Publishers will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any changes
Adjustments to commission rates will occur no more than once every 30 days, except in special promotional cases
