· Trademark Bidding: No bidding on “FOSSiBOT” or any TM + keywords (including misspellings or variations) without prior written approval from bonnie@fossibot.com.
· Direct Linking: Direct linking to any FOSSiBOT-owned domains or using FOSSiBOT display URLs in ads is prohibited. All paid traffic must go through your own landing page.
· Coupon Codes: Only codes provided via the FOSSiBOT Affiliate Program may be promoted. Unauthorized code usage will result in commission reversal and possible removal from the program.
· Traffic Restrictions: No fraudulent, bot, incentivized, adult, gambling, or illegal traffic; No cookie stuffing or hidden tracking pixels
· Content Compliance: No misleading claims; FTC disclosure required. Use of FOSSiBOT assets only with permission.
