Growth:
We purchased Calyx Flowers in 2015 and invested heavily in improving system’s infrastructure. This included a new Woo based website, Wordpress custom built ERP and Windows based OMS. We also strengthened our strategic partnerships across the board with farms, package delivery, call center, digital marketing, IT, catalog creative , printer and other vendors. This led to a reduction in marketing spend the first couple of years given the infrastructure investment. However, since that time, we steadily invested in direct marketing, increased investment in digital marketing and now expanding to affiliate marketing. We’ve hovered around $2M in sales with a 20 percent increase during the pandemic. Invariably that has softened a bit, but I look to new partnerships such as with Searlco and Awin to see growth with a new affiliate marketing program!

Calyx Flowers offers a stunning selection of bouquets, plants and preserve floral arrangements. We partner with over 10 farms around the world to source the best in fresh product. We offer both traditional and unique bouquet arrangements along with single flower DIY selections. Most of our bouquets are available with glass or one of kind decorative vases. We offer an amazing selection of house plants as well as exotic and rare. Our preserved collection includes a variety of nature themed wreaths, novelty items and holiday collection of fresh evergreens. We also offer a variety of flower and plant subscriptions available in 3, 6 and 12 months increments.

If you have any concerns with your experience at Calyx Flowers we want to hear about it. Each situation is unique due to variations Mother Nature has to offer and we are determined to help make the best of any situation. We kindly ask you to please email photos (to customerservice@calyxflowers.com) within 24 hours for bouquets and 72 hours for plants upon receipt. We want to understand your questions or concerns, photo are our best option for evaluation. All floral products are perishable. Any replacement or refund requests presented after this time frame are beyond Calyx Flowers resolution period. Your photos also provide important feedback to our team of farms. Please include the order number in your correspondence along with the buyer’s name if available.
Depending upon the situation, our wonderful customer care representatives will be able to offer either a full or partial merchandise credit or a reship if you contacted Calyx Flowers in the time frame stated above.
