TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The objectives of our programme are firstly to enrich our marketing mix and complete our customer journey, in order to convert more effectively, and secondly to expand our customer demographic. To achieve these goals, the programme does not focus on gifts primarily, as the market suggests, but on personalisation. We want to present ourselves as a personalisation portal with two main product areas: home and decoration, and gifts. A third one that relates to the previous two is printing and photography, especially photo books. We work with exclusive codes for our customers sent by Newsletter and Sale that will not be validated. The idea is to build customer loyalty and allow them to find inspiration for products for the home and for their wardrobe, rather than for a specific product search. The KPIs for the programme are as follows:


 

- Number of orders

- Profitability (revenue/programme costs)

- Total number of unique visitors: volume and type of traffic.

- Whether or not it is recurring traffic, why our customers come back.

- Average session time

- Sessions and/or transaction time, how many times or sessions until an order is placed

- Percentage of conversion

- Turnover per product group/type of product.

Under no circumstances will our brand be associated with content that includes nudity, pornography or other sexual conduct, or promotes adult content, extreme violence, gore or other obscene content, gambling, casinos and the like, that violates the law or incites hatred or harassment.
