Delivery: Since B12 is a software as a service subscription model, the program is delivered electronically with an online login for new customers and a platform hosted and accessible from the cloud.
Returns: B12 does not accept refunds. Payment obligations are non-cancelable. Except as expressly set forth in B12's subscription Terms of Service, B12 will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds or prorate any fees for early cancellation or termination of services, or for any other reason.
If customers have a question about charges made to their account, they can contact B12 immediately at hello@b12.io. If charges were made in error, B12 will credit their account or payment method for the appropriate amount. B12 has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid may be permanently banned from use of any and all B12 services.
