What are refurbished products?
Refurbished products have a past, but they fall into 3 categories:
- Practically new products: items returned after purchase within 14 to 30 days, products with damaged packaging and therefore cannot be sold as new, or display items that have not been used or configured, but cannot be sold as new.
- Products returned due to a fault or repair, where the brand replaces the unit with a new one for the customer's convenience.
- Products with a previous life that are still in operation or can be renewed after being legally reclaimed by a refurbisher.
In all three cases, every product goes through a professional refurbisher or workshop where they are checked, repaired, renewed, cleaned and then packed with its accessories and put on sale again. Unlike second-hand products, they pass strict performance and quality controls. Additionally, we offer the guarantees and services of new products: 12-month minimum warranty, 30-day trial period, optional theft and breakage insurance, as well as a customer and protection service.
