Max Photo Program Description
Max Photo (Max Spielmann) are part of the Timpson Group family and have over 400 stores across
the UK, including instore at Tesco and Asda, as well as a very successful online business.
In addition to our photo printing service, we also bring your most treasured memories back to life on
wall art, mugs and many other great products. Creating personalised gifts for all occasions and
beautiful artwork is what we do best!
We are famous for our friendly service and incredible quality, and we have a knowledgeable team that
have been printing photos for over 70 years.
We are looking to grow the business further by working closely with our affiliate partners.

Max Photo will not work with any sites that are of an illegal nature, including libellous or defamatory
sites, hacking sites, software copying/piracy, hate, or racial hate sites.
Voucher Codes
Voucher codes promoted must be provided through the Max Photo Awin program. Vouchers are given
on both a global and individual basis. Any voucher given on an individual basis must not be
used/given to other affiliates on the network. Any order using a voucher code in conjunction with
cashback will be declined.
Cancelled Orders
Max Photo reserve the right to withdraw commission if we believe than an order has been placed
fraudulently or if payment is not received for the order.
Closed PPC policy
No direct PPC is permitted for this program. This includes sponsored links/PPC ads that use the
company’s name Max Photo, variations, misspellings or derivates as a keyword or part of a key phrase
on any search engine or as a display url. Also, please do not use the company’s website as a landing
page. Any affiliates found to be brand bidding on the program will have their commission declined
and they will be removed from the program.
De-duplication Policy & Best Practice
Max Photo do not de-duplicate against other marketing channels.
Max Photo agrees, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice period on any
significant changes to the campaign.
Please do not register url’s similar to maxphoto.co.uk without the merchant’s consent. Max Photo
welcomes the opportunity to work with all affiliate types except software application affiliates.
Affiliates must supply a working url in order to be accepted onto the program.
Please do not use competitor names to send traffic to the merchant’s site.
Refunded Orders
Max Photo will not pay commission on items or orders which are refunded/exchanged and reserves
the right to cancel commission if the order is fraudulent.
Branding
Affiliates are not permitted to use Max Photo or variations in a domain name
Commission
Max Photo’s commission ranges from 3% - 10% dependent on affiliate type and is payable on the
basket value (excl VAT & p&p), although Max Photo reserve the right to reject sales that are
fraudulent.
3% - Incentivised sites (Discount Code & Incentivised Subnetworks)
5% - Default (All affiliate types that don’t fit into the other categories)
10% - Content (Editorial Content, Influencers, Social Content, Content Subnetworks)
