Affiliate Limitations
With this application in the partner program, the affiliate assures to observe the following conditions:
- We ask that you only register websites or channels that can be checked for content
- A valid imprint is required
- Websites that are under construction or lead to error messages can unfortunately not be admitted
- Advertisements on pornographic, radical right-wing, immoral, political, and youth-endangering websites are not permitted
- SEM is not permitted (Including both brand, generic terms or products names)
- Please also note that only voucher codes that have been expressly approved for advertising in the affiliate marketing channel, e.g. via partner newsletters, may be advertised
- We will approve only commissions from coupons published on the Awin platform, any other coupons published on our website and not published on Awin will not take part in the affiliate’s commission
- Sites that offer Cashback or Rewards for their customers will not be eligible for commission if a voucher code is present in the sale. We also ask that these particular affiliates do not publish codes on their site, and if a code is present on site this will need to be removed
- Websites with content that violates morality and applicable laws or the rights of third parties are not permitted
- Websites that are "under construction" or not accessible or have above-average loading times are not permitted
- Websites with click requests or click compulsions, automated and misleading redirects to the BIGDUG website are not permitted
- Websites that offer online lotteries with or without wagering (e.g. casinos, online games, etc.) are not permitted
- Websites that do not have a complete imprint, whose contents are not written in English or do not have an appealing website design
- The use of automated software or browser extensions related to coupons and offers is not permitted
- Recruitment of potential customers through promotions and offers is not allowed

In the event of suspicious conversion rates and traffic from sources not readily identifiable, BiGDUG reserves the right to avoid commissions and terminate the publisher's participation in the program.
