We’re Albaray – a sustainable, female-founded, womenswear brand. We design with purpose and believe that sustainable fashion doesn't have to compromise on quality – or cost the earth.
Albaray was born during the pandemic in 2020, when founders Paula Stewart, Karen Peacock and Kirstie Di Stazio had the opportunity to press pause and reflect on their roles in the fashion industry. One thing was constant; an unwavering desire to move forward with a more thoughtful, environmentally conscious approach to a fashion brand. Reconnecting with women, who, like them, love clothes, but are questioning their impact. After a year of enormous change, what began as a passionate Zoom conversation between friends, is now a considered curation of uplifting styles with an uncompromising attention to detail.
Sustainability is at the forefront of every decision we make, questioning each stage of the process, from our fabrics to the finer details. All of our products are made from sustainably sourced materials and we are proud to say that all of our packaging, swing tags and labels are recycled and recyclable.
We care about how our products are made, so only collaborate with partners we trust and respect. We are a small team that thinks big, building something special from scratch with values we are passionate about – always with people, practices and the planet at the heart of everything we do.
Programme commission structure:
