Returns
Because of the highly custom nature of our products, we rarely accept returns or refunds. When we do, the issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Only if the item ordered is wrong or defective do we accept returns.
Commission Rates
- 10% Default Commission rate
- Competitive commission structure.
- Goods returned within the 30 day returns period will not receive a commission payment.
- A commission is paid on the final transaction amount after all discounts have been applied.
