Commission Structure
5% commission on eligible E-Bike sales
Commission applies to qualifying e-bike products and is calculated on the eligible transaction value reported through the Awin platform.
The same standard commission rate applies to eligible e-bike sales unless otherwise agreed in a specific Publisher campaign.
Non-Commissionable Products
Commission is available on eligible E-Bike products only.
The following products and transaction amounts are excluded from commission:
a. Accessories
b. Spare parts
c. Worry-Free Purchase / other insurance services
d. Other non-e-bike products unless explicitly approved by Eskute
If an order contains both an eligible e-bike and non-commissionable products, commission should apply only to the eligible e-bike portion of the transaction where technically supported.
Product Feed
A Google Product Feed is available to Publishers through Awin.
Publishers can access and generate the feed using Awin's "Create a Feed" tool.
PPC Policy – Restricted
Paid search activity is permitted only under the following conditions.
Publishers must not bid on Eskute brand terms, trademarks or brand-related keywords, including but not limited to:
* Eskute Bike
* Eskute Bikes
* Eskute E-Bike
* Eskute E-Bikes
* eskute.de
* eu.eskute.com
* Misspellings, variations or combinations containing the Eskute brand name
Publishers must also not bid on specific Eskute product or model names where such bidding could compete directly with Eskute's own paid search campaigns.
Direct Linking via Paid Advertising
Publishers are not permitted to run paid advertisements that link directly to any page on the Eskute website, including:
* Homepage
* Product pages
* Collection pages
* Promotional landing pages
* Checkout or campaign pages
Publishers may run paid advertising to their own websites, editorial pages, comparison pages, review pages or other approved Publisher-owned properties, which may then contain affiliate links directing users to Eskute.
Generic Keywords
Publishers may bid on generic, non-brand e-bike keywords, subject to Awin and Eskute programme policies.

Generic keyword activity must not intentionally imitate or compete with Eskute-branded advertising.
Prohibited Promotional Activities
Unless Eskute provides prior written approval, Publishers must not:
a. Misrepresent themselves as Eskute or an official Eskute website
b. Use Eskute trademarks in misleading domain names or advertising accounts
c. Run unauthorized brand PPC campaigns
d. Direct paid advertisements straight to Eskute website pages
e. Promote unauthorized or expired voucher codes
f. Advertise incorrect prices, discounts or product information
g. Use misleading claims regarding Eskute products, warranties or promotions
h. Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks or other artificial attribution methods
i. Generate transactions through fraudulent, incentivized or non-genuine purchasing activity
