What are refurbished products?
Refurbished products have a past, but they can fall into 3 different types of categories:
Products that are practically new: products that have been returned after purchase within 14 to 30 days, products whose packaging has suffered some damage and therefore cannot be sold as new, or products that have been on display and, despite not having been used or configured, cannot be sold as new.
Products that are returned due to a fault or repair, but that the brand prefers to replace with a new one for the customer's convenience.
Products that have had a previous life but are still in operation or can be renewed after being legally reclaimed by a refurbisher.
In any of these three cases, all products go through a professional refurbisher or workshop where they are checked, repaired, renewed, cleaned and then packed with their accessories and put on sale again. Unlike second-hand products, they not only pass strict performance and quality controls, but also offer the guarantees and services of new products: 12-month minimum warranty, 30-day trial, the possibility of contract theft and breakage insurance, as well as a customer service and protection service.
