Cancelled orders: Any cancelled orders will result in non-payment of commission. A cancelled order can result in one of the following: a fraudulent transaction or a transaction which has not been fulfilled.
Cashback: 3% cashback as standard. 1.5% on sales where a voucher code is used.
Voucher codes: T&Cs are to be dictated at the time of voucher promotion.
Commission: 3% paid on the final checkout price (excluding delivery costs and VAT). 1.5% on sales where a voucher code is used.
Commission will not be paid on repeat customers unless the repeat order came through the advertiser again. For example, if a customer places an order through the advertiser, we will pay a commission as per our terms. But if the customer was to call up two weeks later and place another unrelated order, we will not pay a commission on the second order. Each occasion will be reviewed individually.
An affiliate in breach of these T&Cs will be removed from the programme.
