The benefit of a soft search is there's no impact on credit score. At Raylo, only if we say “Yes” and approve an application will a full credit search be undertaken.
Validations process
All sign ups are validated the month after they occur. This means a customer who signs up via an affiliate in January, will be validated in February. We cannot pay commission on returned or cancelled sign ups.
