Affiliates are only permitted to use approved text, graphical images, or any other marketing content, provided by GRADE MOBILE through the creative banners within AWIN.
Any amendments to the text or graphics must be approved by GRADE MOBILE directly. If an affiliate is found to be using unapproved text or graphics to promote GRADE MOBILE, they will be removed from this programme. GRADE MOBILE is willing to discuss suggestions on amendments for approved imagery or copy, but these amendments cannot be used without prior permission. GRADE MOBILE does not accept any liability for any loss incurred using its marketing material or for any other loss which may be incurred as a result of affiliation.
GRADE MOBILE requires that any use of its marketing content will be published in compliance with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulations. Affiliates' marketing content must therefore be legal, fair, and true, and must not mislead the customer; it must not endorse or encourage customers to respond to financial promotion, nor suggest any special rates for customers that are not actually being provided. Any affiliate reasonably suspected of acting against these rules will have their affiliation cancelled.
