10% commission is paid on all sales generated after the 14-day customer returns period has elapsed. If a customer return is requested after this period it will be up-to WWE Home Video UK's discretion whether full or partial commission rates will be paid. Commision rates are based on the net total order value - less the shipping fees, VAT, gift wrapping and other additional costs associated with the customers order.
