Transactions will be validated within 28-days validation period starting on the day that the voucher is redeemed or the guest has checked in and any refunds are removed. Travelzoo reserves the right to reverse commissions if necessary. Refunded, timed out or unsuccessful transactions will not be paid. Travelzoo currently has two commission groups:
- Getaways (voucher deals that include accommodation): 4% on Transaction Value
- Local deals (voucher deals for restaurants, spa and activity deals): 4% om Transaction Value
The above commission groups are only for deals that appear under the relevant sections. Travelzoo will not pay out on deals where the transaction does not occur on the Travelzoo website, such as for entertainment or ticketing deals or holidays on our partners' websites.
