We pay commissions on qualified leads at the following rates:
Medical Negligence (Clinical Negligence) - £50
Accident at Work (Employers Liability) - £75
Other Personal Injury - £45
Please note - we don't accept or pay for RTA leads.
Will writing - £10
Lasting Power of Attorney - £15
Probate - £20
How we pay
All call and contact form enquiries will be tracked and reported via the Awin interface.
All qualified enquiries will be validated by First4Lawyers within 14 days. We will attempt to validate all enquiries as soon as possible and in many cases this may be before the max 14 day period.
What is an enquiry?
Any potential customer that visits our website or fills out our iframe enquire form and enquires about one of our services either via the contact form or through our call centre.
What is a qualified enquiry?
We often get form submissions from people asking us about non-relevant queries which will be filtered out.
An enquiry becomes qualified if:
We are able to make contact with the customer from the details provided.
The potential customer has a valid conversation with one of our advisers about their legal needs and it is a service we offer (listed above).
First4Lawyers has the right to decline commissions on any enquiries that don’t reach the status of the qualified enquiry.
We have uploaded some creative to the channel, however we are happy to work with you to advise on your own creative or create additional assets for you. Due to FCA compliance and regulations all creative must be first approved by First4Lawyers before it can be used.
