Note: The application of the Tell-a-friend voucher is expressly prohibited.
From 1.10.2025 sales and leads generated via unauthorized shopping extensions will be rejected.
Partners using shopping extensions — defined as browser-based add-ons, plug-ins, or software that automatically monitor user activity (such as browsing, search behavior, or product views) and display promotional content (e.g. coupons, cashback offers, discount notifications, or pop-ups) in real-time
— must complete a two-step verification process with Lounge by Zalando:
1.Provide a detailed explanation of how the extension works and how it supports Lounge by Zalando’s marketing activities.
2.Update tracking settings to ensure all sales and leads generated by the extension are clearly labeled as “Extension” in the click reference.
Meeting both requirements is mandatory for Lounge by Zalando to approve the use of the extension and validate associated sales and leads. Once approved, partners will receive confirmation via email.
Please note: Any extensions or software that do not meet these requirements are strictly prohibited.

TQ validation requirements:
- Lounge by Zalando doesn’t validates TQs for purchase that have been done within the last six months. Any older claims will not be processed, but will be automatically rejected.
- TQs with higher than € 300 order value, needs to be checked by the publisher. Once proof of purchase has been obtained from the customer, only then the publisher is allowed to submit the TQ for Lounge by Zalando review.
Lounge by Zalando keeps the right to reject TQs that do not fill the beforementioned requirements.
