Tracking and Commission
Each product is rewarded differently:

The affiliate partner is expressly prohibited from purchasing vouchers on behalf of its customers and/or reselling them via its channels. The affiliate partner must redirect to flixdeal.flixbus.com/de to complete the purchase.
*The passenger has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days.

The agency must comply with the Code of Conduct (CoC) for partners.

The Agency may not circumvent the provisions of the Code of Conduct, for example by using subcontractors or outsourcing non-compliant activities.
The provisions of the Code of Conduct are an essential part of the contract. In the event of a significant breach of the provisions of the Code of Conduct, the client is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship without notice. Possible claims for damages by the client remain unaffected.
