Nul: less is more
Nul is a UK, clinician-led online programme that helps adults cut down on alcohol or stop, privately and on their own terms. No groups, no labels, no pressure. Just a science-backed approach that puts people back in control.
It starts with a £50 online consultation with a UK clinician, who reviews each person’s suitability and recommends whether one of our programmes is right for them. Our approach is based on The Sinclair Method, which has helped 78% of people reduce or eliminate their drinking in studies (Sinclair, 2001) and has been validated in over 90 peer-reviewed clinical trials. Our UK healthcare partner, Blueco Healthcare, is CQC-registered.
