Ellouze 1870 is a family-owned premium olive oil producer with more than 150 years of heritage, rooted in the ancient olive-growing region of Rougga, Tunisia. The family’s first olive trees were planted in 1870, and many remain part of the estate today.
We produce award-winning, certified organic, single-estate extra virgin olive oils from olives grown, harvested and milled on our own estate. Our range includes distinctive Tunisian varieties such as Chemlali and Chetoui, alongside expertly blended oils designed to offer different flavour profiles from delicate and mellow to intense and peppery.
Ellouze 1870 combines genuine provenance with contemporary luxury positioning. Our oils are made with hand-picked olives, cold-extracted and produced in limited quantities, with a focus on flavour, high polyphenol content and responsible farming.
