Special Conditions:
Commission is payable only on completed stays. Bookings that are cancelled, no-show, modified, refunded, or have not yet been consumed are not eligible for commission. Payment is made following AWIN's standard approval and payment process once the transaction has been validated.
Adina Hotels Affiliate Terms & Conditions:
1. Overview
Adina Hotels offers an affiliate program that allows publishers, bloggers, influencers, content creators, and travel platforms to earn commissions by promoting our properties to their audiences. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation.
2. What We Offer
• Commission rate: 5% per confirmed booking across all regions.
• Access to marketing materials, banner assets, and property images.
• Real-time tracking and reporting dashboard.
• Dedicated support contact for program inquiries.
3. Eligible Publishers
To participate in this affiliate program, you must:
• Operate a website, blog, app, social media channel, or email list with legitimate traffic.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with all applicable laws.
• Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unethical promotional practices.
• Disclose affiliate relationships clearly to your audience.
• Be approved by Adina Hotels before going live with affiliate links.
• Not use the Adina Hotels brand name or trademarked materials without permission.
We reserve the right to reject or terminate any publisher that does not meet our quality or ethical standards.
4. Commission Terms
4.1 Commissionable Bookings
Commission is earned ONLY when:
• A guest clicks your unique affiliate link.
• The guest completes a booking on Adina Hotels' website.
• The booking is confirmed and valid.
• The guest completes their stay and the check-out date passes.
Commission is NOT earned if:
• The booking is cancelled before arrival.
• The guest does not check in.
• The booking is fraudulent or invalid.
• The guest used a promotional code or coupon not approved by Adina Hotels.
4.2 Commission Calculation
Commission is calculated on the total room booking value and is based on the rate booked through your affiliate link. If the guest receives a discount, commission is calculated on the discounted amount.
Adina Brisbane Anzac Square and Adina Singapore Orchard are excluded from the affiliate program. Affiliates will not earn commission on any booking made for this property.
4.3 Tracking & Validation
• Bookings are tracked via unique affiliate links and cookies.
• Tracking period: 30-day cookie window.
• Only in-session bookings are commissionable [if applicable].
• Adina Hotels uses AWIN to validate and track all commissions.
• Bookings are validated based on the guest's consumption date (check-in/check-out), not the booking date.
4.4 Refunds & Cancellations
If a guest cancels their booking [before arrival / before check-in], commission will not be paid. If a booking is invalid or fraudulent, any commission paid will be reversed.
5. Payment Terms
• Commissions are paid monthly in arrears.
• Payment is processed 30 days after the end of the billing month.
• No minimum payout threshold.
• Payments are made via AWIN.
• Adina Hotels does not cover currency conversion or payment processing fees.
• A 30-day hold may apply to validate all bookings before payment release.
6. Marketing & Brand Usage
6.1 Approved Materials
You may use Adina Hotels-provided banners, images, and promotional materials as supplied. All other promotional content must be approved in writing before use.
6.2 Brand Compliance
• You must not misrepresent Adina Hotels or its properties.
• All promotional claims must be accurate and substantiated.
• You must include clear disclosure that you are an affiliate (e.g., “This is an affiliate link. We earn a commission if you book through this link.”).
• You must not create misleading ads, pop-ups, or redirect traffic.
• Adina Hotels reserves the right to request removal of any promotional content.
6.3 Trademark & Intellectual Property
You may not use Adina Hotels' trademarks, logos, or property images without prior written permission, except as provided in our official affiliate materials.
7. Performance Expectations
• Adina Hotels expects affiliates to promote our properties professionally and ethically.
• We reserve the right to monitor affiliate traffic and promotional methods.
• If an affiliate consistently fails to generate bookings or engages in unethical practices, we may terminate the relationship without notice.
• Minimum performance threshold: 1 booking per month.
• Affiliates inactive for 30 days without commissions may be deactivated.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by Publisher
You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing 7 days' written notice. Outstanding commissions will be paid within 30 days of the consumption date.
8.2 Termination by Adina Hotels
Adina Hotels may terminate this agreement immediately if:
• You engage in fraud, spam, or misleading advertising.
• You violate these terms and conditions.
• You fail to meet minimum performance standards for 30 days.
• Your promotional methods damage Adina Hotels' reputation or brand.
• You misuse affiliate links or tracking data.
Upon termination, all affiliate links and promotional rights are immediately revoked. Adina Hotels will pay outstanding commissions for valid bookings completed before termination.
8.3 Removal of Content
Upon termination, you agree to remove all affiliate links and promotional content referencing Adina Hotels within 48 hours.
9. Data & Privacy
• Adina Hotels will provide you access to a real-time affiliate dashboard showing clicks, bookings, and commissions.
• You agree not to share affiliate data with third parties.
• Adina Hotels collects and uses anonymized affiliate data for reporting and analytics.
• All affiliate activity is subject to applicable privacy laws.
10. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
• Use spam, misleading emails, or unsolicited messages.
• Engage in search engine or LLM keyword bidding on Adina Hotels' brand terms without permission.
• Create misleading ads, fake reviews, or false claims.
• Redirect traffic through malware, pop-ups, or adware.
• Use bots or automated tools to generate fake clicks.
• Copy competitor affiliate content or engage in unethical competitive practices.
• Share affiliate links on illegal, adult, or hate-speech websites.
• Sell affiliate links or allow third parties to use them.
11. Liability & Indemnification
• You are responsible for your promotional content and compliance with all laws.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Adina Hotels harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your affiliate activities.
• Adina Hotels is not liable for technical failures, tracking errors, or payment delays beyond our control.
• Adina Hotels does not guarantee specific commission amounts or booking volumes.
12. Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a commission or believe a booking was incorrectly recorded, you must notify Adina Hotels within 7 days of the disputed transaction. Adina Hotels will investigate and respond within 30 business days. If unresolved, disputes will be escalated to dispute resolution.
13. Modifications to Terms
Adina Hotels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active affiliates with 5 business days' notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
