Dress & Design was founded as a small business in Paris in 2022, with the vision to allow each woman to participate in the artistic design, choosing fabrics and appliques, centered on her own creativity and self-expression. We, Dress & Design, are “her virtual tailor”, hand-crafting each dress to her body size and height.
We combine our craftsmanship and each woman's creativity into a new shopping experience where you can personalize a dress in just a few clicks, replacing fitting rooms with a woman's own style and unique size. We call this “Fashion 2.0”.
Blurring the borders between art and fashion, our design is distinctively colorful with original ideas like adding hand-painted impressionist artworks. Our dresses are tailored in an artisan yet agile way in our atelier in Vietnam, a place known for its custom-made tailoring heritage at relatively low-cost which allows us to offer “luxury lite” at an accessible price, comparable to premium off-the-shelf-clothing.
With a highly diversified and dynamic portfolio of 300+ themed dresses available on our international e-store, ranging from 200 to 900 EUR/USD per dress, new arrivals every week and related “fashion as entertainment” videos on YouTube and other social platforms, you will always have something to tell about us :)
Our portfolio has 4 sections, each with a different set of collections:
* Order-made dresses with personalization options (choosing designs, embroideries etc.)
* Pre-made originals with hand-painted artworks, one-of-a-kind avant-garde dresses etc.
* Custom-made evening/bridal dresses with luxurious fabrics, exclusively made etc.
* Dresses "self-made" by the customer through selecting dress models and fabrics
