One Bridging Loans is a specialist UK website that matches customers with bridging finance advisors who have access to a wide panel of lenders. We are not a lender. Enquirers complete a short form and are contacted by a handpicked commercial broker who searches the market for their circumstances.
We work with clients seeking property-backed finance for time-sensitive deals: auction purchases, chain breaks, refurbishment and development, commercial and land, and inheritance or probate.
WHAT YOU EARN
£25 per validated lead, paid whether or not the enquiry proceeds to a full application. Validated within 30 days.
Where a referred lead results in a completed, funded loan, a further 2% of the net commission received by One Bridging Loans is payable, capped per completion. This is reported manually and can take several months. Get in touch to discuss indicative figures.
WHAT COUNTS AS A VALIDATED LEAD
A genuine enquiry from a UK resident about UK property, with a real name, a contactable phone number and a valid email address. Completing a full loan application is NOT required for the lead to be valid.
