Lange Salt Co. is a family-owned American sea salt company founded by Denny and Lydia Lange. We hand-harvest Atlantic seawater near Charleston, South Carolina and craft our salts in small batches in Georgia to create clean, flavorful sea salt trusted by home cooks, food lovers, bakers and chefs.
Our mission is simple: bring honest, additive-free salt back to the table. Our salts contain no anti-caking agents, bleaching chemicals, or added iodine, and are third-party tested for heavy metals. We use traditional small-batch methods focused on quality over mass production.

Brand Story
Lange Salt Co. began from a personal health journey. After co- founder Lydia was diagnosed with POTS at Mayo Clinic and needed to increase salt intake, she struggled to find truly clean, additive-free, and heavy metal free salt. Together, Lydia and Denny created a better option built on transparency, tradition, purity and third party testing.
Today, we remain a family-owned brand focused on simple, handcrafted sea salt made with care.
