RANCHER HAT BAR AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

 

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") and Rancher Hat Bar ("Rancher Hat Bar," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying to or participating in the Rancher Hat Bar Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

 

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Rancher Hat Bar is a custom hat experience and lifestyle brand rooted in craftsmanship, western-inspired style, personalization, and community. We value authentic partnerships that align with our brand values and customer experience and reserve the right to approve, deny, or remove affiliates at our sole discretion.

Our affiliate program is designed to support high-quality editorial, content-driven, and brand-aligned partnerships that introduce Rancher Hat Bar to new audiences in a meaningful and authentic way.

ENROLLMENT

To apply for the Rancher Hat Bar Affiliate Program, affiliates must submit an application through our approved affiliate platform or through an authorized Rancher Hat Bar representative.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Rancher Hat Bar reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend affiliates at any time and for any reason.

 

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Approved affiliates will receive a standard commission rate of 15% on qualifying sales unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All transactions are subject to a 30-day validation period prior to payout approval.

Commissions may be reversed for:

  • Returned or canceled orders
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Duplicate tracking
  • Unauthorized promotional activity
  • Violations of this Agreement

Commission payouts will not be issued for sales generated through:

  • Unauthorized third-party marketplaces or storefronts
  • Promotional methods prohibited under this Agreement
  • Any source determined to be in violation of Rancher Hat Bar affiliate policies

 

PARTNERSHIP FOCUS

The Rancher Hat Bar Affiliate Program is primarily focused on editorial publishers, content creators, and brand-aligned media partners.

At this time, Rancher Hat Bar is not accepting partnerships with:

  • Coupon websites
  • Cashback websites
  • Loyalty or rewards platforms
  • Deal aggregation websites
  • Browser extensions that automatically apply discounts
  • Promotional partners whose primary value proposition is discounts or coupon distribution

Rancher Hat Bar does not offer affiliate-specific discount codes as part of the standard affiliate program.

 

INFLUENCER & CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS

Influencer and creator partnerships are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

While Rancher Hat Bar may support affiliate tracking through platforms such as ShopMy and LTK, participation is not guaranteed and will be reviewed individually based on brand alignment, audience fit, content quality, and campaign objectives.

Approval into the affiliate program does not automatically authorize participation through influencer platforms or creator networks.

 

PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES

Affiliates are expected to promote Rancher Hat Bar in a manner that reflects our brand standards, customer experience, and community values.

The following promotional methods are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Rancher Hat Bar or its authorized representative:

  • Coupon, cashback, rebate, loyalty, or deal-focused promotions
  • Discount stacking or unauthorized code combinations
  • Posting unauthorized, leaked, expired, or misleading discount codes
  • Giveaways or sweepstakes utilizing affiliate links
  • Misleading advertising or product claims
  • Trademark bidding or unauthorized paid search campaigns
  • Paid advertising utilizing Rancher Hat Bar trademarks, brand names, or branded search terms

Affiliates may promote approved launches, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and offers communicated directly by the Rancher Hat Bar team.

 

EMAIL MARKETING

Email marketing is permitted provided all content:

  • Clearly reflects the Rancher Hat Bar brand
  • Complies with all applicable marketing and privacy laws
  • Does not contain misleading or false claims
  • Is not presented as being directly sent by Rancher Hat Bar

 

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

Promotion across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms is permitted provided content remains aligned with Rancher Hat Bar's brand standards.

Affiliates may not:

  • Create social media accounts impersonating Rancher Hat Bar
  • Use Rancher Hat Bar trademarks within usernames, handles, or domain names
  • Present themselves as official representatives of Rancher Hat Bar
  • Run paid advertisements promoting Rancher Hat Bar without prior written approval

All paid media efforts must receive written approval from:

FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Disclosures should:

  • Be easy to understand
  • Appear near affiliate links or endorsements
  • Clearly state when compensation or gifted products are involved

Examples include:

"This post contains affiliate links."

"I may earn a commission from purchases made through these links."

"Rancher Hat Bar gifted me this product."

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Affiliates may use approved Rancher Hat Bar logos, imagery, and marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting the brand.

Affiliates may not:

  • Alter Rancher Hat Bar branding or creative assets without approval
  • Misrepresent Rancher Hat Bar products or services
  • Use Rancher Hat Bar intellectual property in a misleading, deceptive, or damaging manner

All trademarks, logos, imagery, designs, and content remain the exclusive property of Rancher Hat Bar.

 

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.

Upon termination, affiliates must immediately:

  • Remove affiliate links
  • Remove Rancher Hat Bar branding and assets
  • Cease all promotion of Rancher Hat Bar products and services

Any unpaid commissions remain subject to the 30-day validation period and may still be reversed for violations, returns, cancellations, or fraudulent activity.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rancher Hat Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to affiliate platforms, tracking systems, websites, or related technologies.

 

MODIFICATIONS

Rancher Hat Bar reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program following updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

By participating in the Rancher Hat Bar Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
