PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and Cozyland (“Cozyland,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in the Cozyland Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Cozyland is a women-founded lifestyle brand centered around comfort, thoughtful gifting, intentional living, and elevated everyday moments. We value authentic partnerships that reflect our brand values and aesthetic and reserve the right to approve, deny, or remove affiliates at our sole discretion.

We view affiliate relationships as long-term brand partnerships rather than transactional promotion opportunities and expect all affiliates to represent Cozyland in a professional, brand-aligned manner.

ENROLLMENT

To apply for the Cozyland Affiliate Program, affiliates must submit an application through our approved affiliate platform or through an authorized Cozyland team member or agency representative. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Cozyland reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates at any time for any reason.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Affiliates participating in the Cozyland Affiliate Program will receive a standard commission rate of 15% on qualifying sales unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All transactions are subject to a 45-day validation period prior to payout approval. Commissions may be reversed for:

• Returned or canceled orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Duplicate tracking
• Unauthorized promotional activity
• Violations of this Agreement
• Commission payouts will not be issued for sales generated through:
• TikTok Shop
• Amazon Storefronts
• LTK
• Unauthorized third-party marketplaces or storefronts

PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES

Affiliates are expected to promote Cozyland in a way that aligns with our brand image, customer experience, and community values.

• The following promotional methods are prohibited unless otherwise approved in writing by Cozyland:
• Coupon, cashback, rebate, or deal-focused websites
• Discount stacking or unauthorized code combinations
• Giveaways or sweepstakes utilizing affiliate links or codes
• Misleading promotional claims
• Unauthorized paid search or trademark bidding
• Posting expired, leaked, or unauthorized discount codes
• Affiliates may promote approved Cozyland sitewide sales, launches, and campaigns communicated directly by the Cozyland team.

EMAIL MARKETING

Email marketing is permitted provided all content:

• Clearly reflects the Cozyland brand
• Complies with applicable marketing and privacy laws
• Does not contain misleading or false claims
• Is not presented as being directly sent by Cozyland

SOCIAL MEDIA & CREATOR GUIDELINES

Promotion across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Substack, blogs, YouTube, and other social platforms is permitted provided content remains aligned with Cozyland’s brand standards.

Influencer and creator affiliate partnerships are primarily managed through ShopMy unless otherwise approved directly by the Cozyland team or an authorized agency partner.

Affiliates may not:

• Create social media accounts impersonating Cozyland
• Use Cozyland trademarks or branding in usernames or handles
• Run paid ads using Cozyland’s trademarked terms without written approval
• Present themselves as official representatives of Cozyland

FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Disclosures should:

• Be easy to understand
• Appear near affiliate links or endorsements
• Clearly state when compensation or gifted products are involved
• Examples include:
• “This post contains affiliate links.”
• “Cozyland gifted me this product.”
• “I may earn a commission from purchases made through these links.”

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Affiliates may use approved Cozyland logos, imagery, and marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting the program.

Affiliates may not:

• Alter Cozyland branding or assets without approval
• Misrepresent Cozyland products or messaging
• Use Cozyland intellectual property in a misleading or damaging manner
• All Cozyland trademarks, designs, imagery, and content remain the exclusive property of Cozyland.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.

Upon termination, affiliates must immediately:

• Remove affiliate links
• Remove Cozyland branding and assets
• Cease all promotion of Cozyland products

Any unpaid commissions remain subject to the 45-day validation period and may still be reversed for violations, returns, cancellations, or fraudulent activity.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cozyland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to affiliate platforms, tracking systems, or website functionality.

MODIFICATIONS

Cozyland reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program following updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

By participating in the Cozyland Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
