Search Policy: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on LALICIOUS brand terms and related keywords or mis-spellings. Promo code policy: Please note that affiliates may only use voucher codes that are available through the LALICIOUS affiliate program, or those that have been issued directly by Gen3 Marketing or AWIN. Where an affiliate is found promoting a code that has not been issued by Gen3 Marketing or AWIN we reserve the right to decline commissions. Continued use of unauthorised codes will result in program suspension. FTC Guidelines: As an affiliate for LALICIOUS, you are required to use FTC disclosures whenever you post an affiliate link. You can find more information about FTC disclosures at https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/ftcs-endorsement-guides-what-people-are-asking, and influencer guidelines at https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/disclosures-101-social-media-influencers. Direct Partnership Policy: Publishers with a direct partnership in this program are required to monetize their affiliate links through that direct relationship. Routing transactions through a sub-network, aggregator, or intermediary platform — including but not limited to cases where the publisher holds membership in a sub-network that also participates in this program - is not permitted without prior written approval from LALICIOUS. LALICIOUS reserves the right to audit transaction-level data to identify sub-network routing. Commissions attributed to transactions where routing through an unauthorized sub-network is identified may be reversed. Repeated violations may result in removal from the program or immediate termination upon notice. |
