dokarchiv.cloud is a secure, cloud-based document management solution for small businesses, self-employed professionals and teams with up to 20 employees. It helps customers capture, organise, archive and retrieve documents, process electronic invoices and work digitally without complex IT infrastructure.
Partners receive 20% recurring commission on the net licence revenue of every referred customer for as long as the customer remains active and paying. In addition, we pay a one-time new-customer bonus of €200 per qualifying user licence. The bonus applies to licences included in the initial subscription and additional licences booked within the first 30 days. The customer and licences must remain active and fully paid for three complete billing months.
The cookie duration is 90 days. Transactions are validated after 45 days; the new-customer bonus is approved after the three-month qualification period. Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, duplicate, fraudulent, test and self-referred transactions are excluded.
The program is particularly suitable for publishers, IT service providers, office technology retailers, accounting platforms, software comparison sites, digitalisation consultants and creators targeting SMEs and self-employed professionals.
Permitted promotion includes editorial content, reviews, comparisons, blogs, tutorials, webinars, podcasts, social media, newsletters to legally acquired subscribers, banners and contextual links. Paid search, cashback, voucher sites, browser extensions, sub-affiliate networks and incentivised traffic require prior approval.
Brand bidding, spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading claims, fake leads, self-referrals, unauthorised vouchers, brand impersonation and use of our brand in domains or social media account names are prohibited.
Partners receive approved advertising materials, product information, landing pages and campaign support.
