NOTE: The terms set forth on this page shall supersede, control, and prevail over any other terms, conditions, or provisions not expressly included on this page.
By applying to and participating in this programme, publishers agree to the following terms and conditions.
Publisher Benefits
Approved publishers will receive access to marketing materials including product imagery, brand assets, and creative content through the AWIN platform. From time to time we may also provide exclusive promotions, product updates, and early access to new launches for selected partners.
Commission Structure
Publishers will earn a standard commission of 5% on validated sales generated through the affiliate programme.
Commission is calculated on the net order value excluding taxes, shipping, gift wrapping, and any additional service fees.
Commission will only be paid on completed and validated transactions.
Cookie Period
The affiliate tracking cookie period is 30 days.
Validation Process
Transactions are validated after the applicable return period has expired. If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or determined to be fraudulent, the associated commission will be declined or reversed.
Statement of Consequences
Publishers found to be in breach of the programme terms or AWIN network policies may face one or more of the following actions:
• Commission reversal
• Temporary suspension from the programme
• Permanent removal from the programme
The advertiser reserves the right to review and remove publishers whose promotional methods do not align with the brand’s standards.
Voucher Codes
Voucher, coupon, or discount code publishers are not permitted to participate in this programme.
Publishers may only promote discount codes that are explicitly supplied by the advertiser through AWIN or through direct written communication. Promotion of unauthorized, scraped, expired, or fabricated codes is strictly prohibited and may result in declined commissions and removal from the programme.
