Canyon was founded in 2016 by Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz, inspired by the ritual coffee adds to life and how it naturally creates space for connection.
What started as neighborhood pop-ups and a handful of friends has organically grown into coffees served in cafés and homes across the country, as well as our own Echo Park and Brooklyn shops. Across it all, our focus has remained the same: great coffee, shared simply, as part of the moments we hold onto.
