Commission is paid on net sales value only, excluding sales tax, shipping fees, and additional service charges.
A lower base commission (e.g. 5%) applies to coupon, cashback, and loyalty partners. Higher commission rates (10%+) are available for content, influencer, and high-value partners based on performance and promotional method.
Unauthorized discount codes, trademark bidding, or violations of programme terms may result in declined commissions.
Simple&Opulence reserves the right to review and adjust commission rates per publisher type and performance.
