Paid Media & Promotional Guidelines
To maintain a healthy and sustainable ecosystem for all partners:
- Trademark bidding is not permitted
(including brand terms, misspellings, or brand + coupon keywords) - Generic, non-brand PPC is permitted
for approved partners, provided ads do not compete directly with our branded search efforts or misrepresent the brand - Direct linking is allowed
- Email marketing is permitted
Partners must be fully CAN-SPAM compliant
Partners must contact us prior to launching email campaigns for suppression list coordination
Failure to do so will be considered a violation of program terms
